Orienteering test - Urban - included in the AORAM 2022 calendar.

Retoiça - Cultural, Sports and Recreation Association since May 2021 has made efforts to create an Orienteering section with associated athletes. As such, he submitted an application for membership in the Portuguese Orienteering Federation, which was approved in September of the same year.

Since then, the Association's athletes have participated in a series of competitions organized by some clubs that have promoted the sport at a higher level (namely, Clube Aventura da Madeira and Clube de Montanha do Funchal) in the Autonomous Region of Madeira in strict articulation with the Orienteering Association of Autonomous Region of Madeira and, consequently, with the seal of the Portuguese Orienteering Federation.

In this sense, with a view to collaborating and helping to boost the sport, it was decided to submit to the approval of the Orienteering Association of the Autonomous Region of Madeira two events to be included in the Regional Orienteering Championship of the Autonomous Region of Madeira in 2022.
